Amanda Anderson loves to sell farms and ranches – especially horse properties. Though she’s a native Houstonian, she couldn’t wait to move out of the big city and relocate to Chappell Hill. She earned her real estate license when she moved to the country and her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation shortly thereafter. Amanda recently earned her Accredited Home Staging Professional designation.
Amanda’s greatest strengths are her integrity, honesty and dependability.
She is empathetic to her client’s needs and says, “It gives me great pleasure to see my clients completely happy and satisfied”.
Amanda has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art History and Design, an education that provided her with an extensive knowledge of design and architecture. Her love of homes and decorating eventually led her to real estate, and her passion for horses made country property sales a natural fit. Her eye for design and structure has proved an invaluable asset to her buyers and sellers.
Amanda stays very involved in her community. She is a member of The Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce, the Chappell Hill Historical Society, and Parelli Natural Horsemanship. She also belongs to a local trail ride group, loves to hike and garden.
